I'm going back to the unit on Tuesday. But this time I'm only a day patient, which is good because staying over isn't benefiting me at all.
I haven't self harmed in so long (7 months) the urge is subsiding ever so slightly.
Oh these little earthquakes, doesn't take much to RIP us into pieces.
